An auto-responder email is an email that is sent back automatically to everyone who sends an email to an email address with this feature enabled. The senders will get the automatic answer once their e-mails are received and you'll not need to do anything manually. A couple of examples of using auto-responder messages are sending a confirmation that a transaction has been received and the order will be prepared or that a person is on holiday and won't be around for a certain period of time. In the first case the function can be activated for a long time, whilst in the second one it's non permanent. Even if you use an email limited to personal correspondence, you can use an auto-responder to let the e-mail sender know that the email is received successfully.
Auto-responder Emails in Hosting
Creating an auto-responder email will take you only a couple of clicks if you work with a hosting plan with us. You can do this via the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where one can view all of your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You can either select an e-mail address and click on the auto-responder icon or just right-click and pick the feature in the context menu that will appear. All you need to do is to enter the content that you'd like to be sent as the automated reply and save the changes. You are able to enter any text you would like and editing or removing the auto-responder feature is just as simple. In the very same part of the Control Panel it is easy to check which mail accounts have the option enabled and which don't.
